Our History
Origins
It was the year 1990 when Carmen Duhne founded what is now Wisdenn, with the goal of helping people rapidly develop the human competencies required for their positions. She had been working at ITESM, leading the national training of teachers for the Thinking Skills Development program.
She realized that these types of skills were going to be required in industry to create environments where creativity and innovation could flourish.
Shortly after, Ana María Quintanilla, Carmen's daughter, Ramiro Garza Leal, her son-in-law, and Leocadio Sánchez took on important roles leading the team of consultants. Together they grew by pursuing different graduate degrees, certifications, and challenging experiences with clients.

Evolution
In 2015, Wisdenn began the digitalization of its products, achieving automatic generation of individual and team diagnoses. Processes that took one or two weeks now take less than 15 minutes.
Just three years later, Wisdenn ventured into artificial intelligence to serve thousands of people simultaneously. Wiz.Coach is the first virtual coach that promotes reflection to develop soft skills and leadership.
In 2021, Wiz.Coach was presented in Toronto at the Collision technology fair.
By 2022, Wisdenn was already generating hybrid programs: in-person/online/digital in 6 countries.
The story continues to be written as a team. We always have a new day to fill with experiences, joys, and gratitude.
